The plain-language rules for using this site and applying to the race.
Acceptance
By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or apply.
Eligibility
Applying requires meeting the eligibility criteria published on the Apply page — including age, citizenship or residency, and health and conduct requirements. We may verify any information you provide, including through background checks.
Accuracy of your application
You confirm that everything in your application is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may disqualify your application at any stage, including after selection.
Your application link and Access Code
When you start an application you receive an Application ID, a private Access Code and a link that opens your application. Keep them private — anyone who has them can open and edit your application until it is submitted, and you are responsible for sharing them only with your partner. If you lose your Access Code, we can email you a fresh link. Once you submit, your application is locked; if you need to correct something afterwards, contact us.
Selection is not guaranteed
Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, shortlisting, or a place on the race. Selection decisions are made at the sole discretion of the production.
What happens if you’re selected
Specific competition rules, additional consents, and the full Contestant Agreement are provided directly to shortlisted applicants before filming — not published on this site. Some elements of the format are intentionally revealed only through the show itself.
Content you submit
Photos, videos, and other materials you submit as part of your application may be used by the production to evaluate your application and — if you’re selected and have signed the filming release — in the show itself and its promotion, as described in our Privacy Notice.
Conduct
We expect applicants and anyone interacting with this site to act honestly and respectfully. We may refuse or withdraw an application at our discretion for conduct that’s abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate — including attempts to guess other people’s codes or to overload the site.
Intellectual property
The Dynamic Race Africa name, branding, and site content belong to the production. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.
No warranty
This site and the application process are provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and the site reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the production evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
